Bill is the founder of Dragonfly and has been involved in the media industry for nearly 25 years. He has worked for some of the industry’s leading names and in 2000 saw the opportunity to build his own recruitment company that would reflect his enthusiasm and passion for the media industry and offering outstanding service. He has an unrivalled network of contacts ensuring that Dragonfly often secures the best roles and candidates before anyone else.

Rob Grant – Director

Rob joined Dragonfly in 2005 after successful stints working for a FTSE listed global recruitment brand and several high profile media houses. He is passionate about providing the best possible service for candidates and clients and is constantly looking for ways to improve all aspects of Dragonfly’s offering.
