This role would suit an ambitious and driven exhibition sales professional who is ready to bring their leadership skills to a premium event. The Event Manager will work in collaboration with the Exhibition Director to drive performance and revenue from the exhibition sales team. This role is working on an established and high profile event which is an enviable position of having a client base of committed and highly engaged exhibitors. You will be responsible for maximizing revenue from exhibition sales and sponsorship, nurturing relationships with our exhibitors and brand partners, whilst identifying and targeting new business. The Event Manager will be a point of contact for key clients and you will be responsible for growing these accounts. Management of the exhibition sales team is a core focus for the role. This will include monitoring pipeline, forecasting revenue and reporting on sales, as well as enhancing sales performance with coaching and development of the sales team. Exhibition sales experience is essential. We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills who can perform confidently in a client facing role as well as manage a small sales team. You will be working as part of a high performing team on one of the largest exhibitions in the UK.
