I would definitely recommend Dragonfly Recruitment to any of my friends who are looking for a good position. How refreshing to encounter a company who actually listens to you and your hopes and aspirations, a company not working to their own agenda. It really made a difference setting up meetings after work at a mutually convenient time & place, investing your own time. It appeared that nothing was too much trouble and that as a prospective candidate it didn't score against you that it was preferable not to come into town. Plus I found the support system excellent using inside knowledge on prospective employers, forwarding pieces of information, editorial etc., to assist with interviews.
